Asheville January Meetup - The Science and Spirituality of Longevity

Our first meetup of 2024!  When I hear speakers on longevity, I find almost everyone focuses on keeping the body alive and healthy in order to live longer. However, we miss one of the most, if not the most important thing, actually wanting to live longer. For some, keeping the body healthy is easy. Keeping the mind, emotions, and spirit healthy can be quite another. Join me as we dive into all four of these aspects to understand what it really means for each of us to live our best and longest life.
