About the Event
Welcome to our annual Health and Wellness Discussion! This year I will present on Food Labels, and Supplements. As a certified Health Coach, I like to provide one of these each year at no cost and nothing to sell. We will also go over the latest in mind/body and energy medicine. For those interested, I will demonstrating the Bio-Well to show how technology is beginning to help us see our energies, and the potential imbalances we may have.
